I remember when working out was like a chore, now its the highlight of the day.....changing how you approach your training will have a drastic effect on your performance, mindset and most importantly your results, rather than thinking about how much you have left to be done, use each rep as a form of meditation and make every single rep count as though your life depends on it, never go through the motions just to "get it done".
