I remember within the first few days after Obama took office... He gave two billion of American taxpayers dollars for Brazilian Oil Drilling... The oil company that was awarded the contract had... George Soros... as one of its owners... Brazil was to receive funds from the crude and China had contracted to buy all the oil. There was nothing discussed about what the US was to receive... which was nothing. That Obama is some kind of negotiator... aint he? You cant convince me the whole deal wasnt a payback to Soros... a heavy contributor to the Democrat Party and to the Obama campaign. Did I mention Soros was also a frequent White House overnight quest? I never heard anything about oil being found. I wonder if Petrobras is part of that US Government giveaway...
