I removed a thread about a chained dog I thought could use some help. Things got out of control and people lost sight of what was important, the dog! Also as a result of that post it has been brought to my attention that again Animals Against the Odds and Lorie March aka Mama Bear aka Lorie Wolfe aka Indigo Tiger is still posting negative and false statements about me. I am involved in a law suit with the above mentioned parties. It is a CIVIL case that is currently on appeal. This is not a criminal case nor are there any criminal charges against me, nor have I ever been convicted of a crime. They have posted that I have a 3 decade long criminal history so perhaps this needs clarified, IF by criminal record they mean a few minor speeding violations, one bounced check to a local retailer and oh ya a summary offense for disorderly conduct from 15 years ago then I guess I have a record but it can hardly be called CRIMINAL. My attorney issued a Cease and Desist Letter to AATO and Ms. March a few months back because of her harsh and inappropriate tactics to smear my family and myself. I will not dignify this with any more conversation because it is RIDICULOUS and a complete waste of the courts time, tax payer money and most importantly it takes away from what it really important, helping animals in need. I have never stolen anything from Animals Against the Odds nor have I ever taken from animals who are in need and I certainly in now way am harming a child or their organization. In the end truth and justice will prevail and in the meantime I will continue to work hard and devote my time AND money to helping those that need it most.
