I reported on my very first athletics/track at Crystal Palace stadium and Im so sad to hear that Mayor of London Bonking Big Bad Boris Johnson wants to demolish this great historic world famous stadium. This stadium has hosted numerous big international and national meetings, nearly all the whos who of athletics/track & field have competed there since the stadium was converted into an athletics/track & field arena in 1964, many national, European and world records have been broken at this stadium and it has hosted footballs famous FA Cup final from 1895 to 1914 plus England internationals. Please dont destroy history. If Bonking Big Bad Boris does that, he is will also take away part of my athletics/track & field memories.
