I represented our Steel Company for Career fair at Dibble High School today. Various Businesses, Colleges, Military recruiters, etc. have tables set up with displays and info.The High School students walk from table to table asking questions from the representatives. I have attended this career fair each year. I have to say this year I had more questions from students then ever before! Several students asked me if math was important, I told them without math skills they had no chance at a job with our Company. I also told them that for me if they misspelled what job they were applying for I would throw their application in the trash! Some kids were nervous while others were very confident. I really enjoyed today visiting with tomorrows work force! :)
