I restore factory ac/heater parts and I just finished this 66 Impala unit. It has been completely gone through. The fiberglass housing was bead blasted and clear coated. The brackets were repainted and replated. The evaporator, relay, and blower motor are new. The poa and expansion valves were rebuilt and replated. The poa valve can be calibrated for either r12 or 134a. The resistor was replated. All new screws, gum cord and cork tape to help seal the unit. Ready to be bolted back on the car. Would look great on anything from a cruiser to a show car. Located in ft worth, tx. I have shipped many units, so no issues there. $500 I sell outright and restore customer cores. $275 if your parts are good. Also a few other pics of recent units restored drom other models.
