I am this - close to seeing the 140s again! #sweetbabyjesus this is hard but man oh man is it worth it. I have tried so many things & they have failed me but this is hard core dieting & it is working. No I dont get anything yummy to eat but I am A OK with that until my 21 days are up. Yes that means I will be watching what I eat at Thanksgiving but I am OK with that too. Sometimes you have to do something very hard to get something very good!
