I said I wouldnt announce this but I just felt a strange impulse to share. My close friends already know and now Im going to share my special news with my Facebook family. While I enjoy being Staci Cook the amazing Braid Extraordinaire, God knows I really do, And no matter where my life leads I will always need to wrap 3 strands of hair together braidwise, I would be lying if I said that braiding was the thing I did best. (Yes, there is something that I do better than braiding) And no, it isnt exactly writing, or at least not in the conventional sense. Im actually greatest at thinking and putting those thoughts into words and then onto to paper. God has done and will do great things through my thoughts and words. This is why Im finally taking a leap of faith and moving from a full time braider who writes to a full time writer who braids. Ive never been brave enough to do this but I believe I am finally ready. I will no longer be accepting any new customers beyond the month of July. Ive never focused fully on my writing and now Im going to finally do so. It wont be easy Im sure. But I must get these words out of my mind and where they belong inside a (finished) book. I only ask for your prayers and support. If given the chance Im sure you will come to love this God given gift as well. Lol Thank you so much SC
