I said goodbye to one of the best mates Ive ever had today Scott Graham Paine. Its funny how 43 years ago we were both born at RBWH a day apart. And a friendship 20 odd years later that even tho our lives took us in different directions was still as close whenever we saw each other. So many memories flooded thru my mind today at your funeral mate. Like how you burnt my chip in my VN and 1500 bucks later.... Or the only time you let me drive the tonner and I fed it to her past my mum and dads at eastern heights. I never drove it again. And you were so respectful to the olds when dad was tearing me a new one. Im absolutely disgusted in your son mr Mack Im having a bourbon for you mate right now. And I know youd tell me and all your friends and family to not be sad but Im sorry old friend right now my ears are painted on cos Im cryin bucketloads. So Ill catch ya on the next one old mate, thanx for teaching me about 9 inch bell housings, you and the tonner did enuff of em back in the day, Im gonna miss you for a long time. Love ya old mate.
