I salute Dr Lual A. Deng of the Ebony Center for Strategic Studies for drafting (in the making) a framework and foundation for a possible Interim Government of South Sudan (IGSS). Although the government and the opposition will have to sign on the Proposal, its not too early to recognize Dr Lual-dit and his Development Forum Policy for this giant step towards realizing a peaceful South Sudan. People of South Sudan must, once again, realize peace as their brief moments of peaceful beginning was abruptly brought to a halt by a calamitous conflict emanating from December 15th, 2013 unproven coup de tat.
