I saw a dark green truck with handicap tag at safeway when my friends were visiting a couple months ago. .i was getting the baby out (with two toddler girls and a new born girl) to change her in the back of the van. .. my friend was in the store so we were waiting for her. .This truck pulled around the corner super slowly staring into my van as I put the baby back into the carseat. It was a single man, older, looked possibly Hispanic. .He then pulled into the spot directly in front of my van. . And sat there with his vehicle running. .i got this weird feeling so I decided to move spaces one row over and several spots away so he couldnt see right into our van. .i wasnt sure if it was just my imagination but I didnt want to take any chances. . THEN, the truck moved over to the same row as me and two spots away! I could see him looking at my van! I then drove in front of him and gave him a dirty look to let him know I knew and I went to the other side of the parking lot. .He stayed where he was and just say there with the truck running for 10 minutes. . My friend came out and I went into Safeway and talked to the manager. . He said that he always sits in the parking lot. . People have complained before. .He said that he comes in and buys lottery tickets and then sits in his car for hours... i didnt see binoculars so I let it go as strange but now my suspicions are confirmed!
