I saw a movie Inside Llewyn Davis just before it was officially released and was blown away by the recording quality and sound track in general. Oscar Isaac was exceptional as both the actor and actual musician. Side note ... T Bone Burnett who was the lead on the music and Oscar Isaac came to Los Angeles where Oscar picked out the guitar he played in the film himself. There were guitars much easier to play but the one he picked with his choice. The guitar came from Norman Harris over at Normans Rare Guitars. There have been specials on Showtime on the concert in New York that followed the movie and some inside or behind the scenes things produced later, which are all amazing when it comes to segues and transitions from the recording process in the studio to the live concert where the key, tempo and any other changes are just flawless transitions. Here is a link from YouTube of my of my favorite pieces from the film. Listen to this on a good system as the audio is exceptional. youtu.be/9Aq4a7g_wdU
