I saw a right Memmeh Aisling in McDonalds in Dublin Airport last Friday morning at 6AM. She came to the counter with a delf mug in hand and a puss on her asking for it to be filled with hot water. The lad behind the counter (from out foreign) was clearly well used to this kind of carry-on, and he asked her if she wanted it full up or some room left. Lave some room, Memmeh said, but didnt he hand her the cup back only half full. Put a bit more in it than that! she admonished him, looking very unimpressed. When I went back to my seat, I saw her sitting down with her own teabags and milk and her hang sangwiches wrapped in tinfoil on the table in front of her, while Eimear (no way was it Asho!) tried to hide from her mortification in her smartphone.
