I saw a woman with TRIPLETS at Wurukum market in Makurdi today, begging for money to feed those children. Then, with annoyance, I asked her why she put her children by the road side. But, she did not answer me. A young woman who was standing by told me sarcastically that, "why am I asking that type of question, if I am dropping something, I should drop and go"! I was very angry after I learnt that the woman has been doing this since she gave birth to these TRIPLETS. Then I wondered within myself, so, the whole of Makurdi has no one to help this woman to feed those children??? It still baffles me!
