I saw an ice cream bread recipe on fb earlier today. Had to try it. I used blue bell moo-lineum ice cream. It was awesome. Shared it with my boys and their families. Its all gone. Really just 2 ing., 11/2 c self rising flour and 2 cups of ice cream. Your choice. Soften ice cream and stir in flour till moistened. Bake in bread pan sprayed with butter pam. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. You can add a lil sugar if you want it a lil sweeter.
