I saw quite a few negative reviews but I decided to give it a try anyway. Its Fall and there arent too many nice places open for lunch on the beach during the week. Well....I was surprised and extremely pleased!This is a relatively small establishment but Im ok with that. The only issue that dropped my rating was that the building and furniture could use some renovation and upkeep. Thats it...the only downside to me.When we walked in, we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or out. It was a beautiful, sunny day around 70 degrees so we opted to sit outside. There are two outside areas, and we were encouraged to sit on the upstairs deck. The view of the beach was excellent!!I ordered a beer and the lunch special, Blackened Mahi sandwich. I decided on the sweet potato fries for my side. The Mahi was huge and cooked perfectly. The blackening spices added a great little kick. The waiter brought a custom dip for the sweet potato fries...dill honey mustard. They paired perfectly!Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and the food and I look forward to returning.
