I saw this article posted a few times last week on pages I follow, this is an interview with DR John Berardi the founder of Precision Nutrition, they have helped thousands of clients lose thousands and thousands of pounds through their online nutrition coaching. This is a great article that discusses which nutrition plan everybody should be on, its not paleo, vegan, blood type, Adkins, low carb, or any other diet you should be on the nutrition plan that works best for you, not because it worked for some celebrity or some friend. What works for one person doesnt always work for you or I. There are many variables that come into play and that needs to be figured out by logging your food into an app so it can be broken down and see whats going on positive and negative with what youre doing.
