I saw this comment on a thread hmmm. Harsh though but seems to carry truth. Apparently, majority of Nigerians are fools. Theyd rather vote for PDP without checking the records. For the records, PDP led FG spent $16bn on electricity between 1999 and 2007 without any positive result. In sane societies, when the ruling party consistently fails to meet the yearnings of the people, the opposition party is usually tried but in Nigeria, the reverse is the case. Nigerians rather stick with the devil that they know than try the unknown angel beckoning for a chance to prove him/her self. Ive got no problem with that tho. I feel no pity for Nigeria because the docile citizens are as cruel as her leaders.
