I saw this movie much later after it released...I think I was 14 or 15... But I was rooted to my seat, I remember the profound depth if emotions, Guna and Roshinis love story, how it progresses ever so beautifully... You tend to forget all other characters in the movie after a while... And this song, Kanmani Anbodu Kathalan Vaali Sirs amazing lyrics and even beautiful music by Raja Sir... Loved the lyrics..the way the song sequence was shot...Gunas innocence , his pure heart with so much love that was never physical in the first place... Love in its most beautiful form...I remember being devastated by the ending of the movie, but it seemed just perfect... The hypocrisy that is the society would have never let that love survive...This song and this movie was forever etched into my memory... And that movie made me respect and love Kamal Hassan Sir as an actor!!! No one else could have portrayed Guna that lovingly, beautifully.... But then again I saw the tamil film Sadu starring Vikram and Sigh! Here was another actor who in my heart , I believed could have done that role...Luv them both!!!
