I saw this picture and heres my thoughts about it. --- My answer is stand up to bullies as an individual AND for whoever has the applicable authority- Punish them for their behavior on the work force, public interaction, and classroom level at the least. That should give us the best results without making a society of victims/whiners/cowards/spoiled brats, and without making a society of sadistic assholes that get away with their smug atrocious actions of bullying and worse. Bullying is after-all, an inferior character trait born out of excessive self-doubts and self-insecurities, and consists of energy-draining misprojected wrath and incompetence in the form of blind malice while having a parasitic relationship with self-esteem-- which is a spike to their happiness-- and thus makes them weak and have lower concentration abilities than a healthy person that is a non-bully.
