I say Sunday, you say Shout Out! Sunday - Shout out! SUNDAY - SHOUT OUT!!! Its time to meet Michael in specialty! Michael began his career at Whole Foods in 2001 as a mixer in the bakery. He worked his way up to lead baker before transferring to the Specialty team. Starting there as a Specialty Team Member, he was promoted to Wine Buyer before accepting his current role as Specialty Associate Team Leader. Michaels coworkers describe him as being approachable and willing to lend a hand anywhere it is needed. He regularly provides motivating and positive feedback. Woody said Michael is a caring individual for the team. He is personally invested in our success! We asked Michael a few questions to allow you to get to know him better... Favorite part of the job: Working in a team based environment. Sharing the burden of success and failure motivates him to achieve success so that everyone succeeds! Favorite food at work: Le Marechal Alpine Swiss Cheese. It melts fantastically and tastes great on pizza! Fun fact: Michael is a trained pilot and by the age of 22 his military career had sailed him halfway around the world twice.
