I say again. I do not become a millionare if I give my crew $50 less than what they asked for. I believe in receiving that $50 happiness within them in return. That is enough for me. That happiness is worth more than $50. If I were to argue about costings with u, it aint worth the $50 and I rather spend $5000 for a good holiday with my crew than waste time on that. Random thoughts of my industry standpoint in budgeting.
