I see Bostons disturbing opiate & homelessness epidemics on a daily basis. My citys streets are under attack by those who have lost all hope. Ill never let this become the status quo. I refuse to see my fellow residents suffering like they do now. The fire department/EMS is responding to hundreds of calls each year because an addict passes out on the street, or on a business doorstep (that happened at my work.) Its not acceptable, and Im going to put a stop to it. If that means I run for the Boston city council, then Ill do it. We can do better.
