I see a barrage of criticisms against Liberians who take on facebook to air their frustrations as it relates to government respond to this ebola virus desease (EVD) outbreak!!. Some are comparing our attitudes as being worse than the Sierra Leoneans and Guineans as it relates to posting information surrounding ebola outbreak on facebook!, some are even saying we are creating a worse painting of the the picture!than it actually is! I got a question for those in this camp?: All those donor conferences that had been held for Liberia concessions agreements , surprisingly money gathered from there had end up one way or the other in individuals pockets! For longtime nw liberia(our resources) has been used as mere insurance to pay government officials bills,their children school fees in hilltop universities in america. My question: who has painted the worse picture of Liberia? Look at what ivory coast has been doing; they have closed their borders, they hav set up an emergency respond unit for jt in case! Bt for Liberia, our public official where there saying taking early preventive measures like closing borders were going to be counterproductive to Liberias economy. Here we are nw major airlines hav pullout, companies within Liberia have scaled down. The only safe heaven for this government nw is oh our people are refusing to accept that ebola is real oh the ignorant of our people I will say here that all these complaints are as the result of pain sustain from shooting yourself in the leg. Im not going to tlk about the education system neither Im I going to talk about corruption, insensitivity, failing to do first thing first! U be the judge! And to my internet pundits that are saying we painting a wrong picture of the situation youve got to think again!! As for me I feel my back tourching the wall as the day goes by bit by bit and Im nt going to go dwn to this deadly virus without painting this picture in the most audacious and flawless manner!! Like the addage says: when a woman goes to deliver theres nothing to hide
