I see a lot of people breathing WRONG while lifting weights . heres the correct way : 1- INHALE ( breathe in ) while in the negative contraction . 2- EXHALE ( breathe out ) while in the positive contraction Pretty simple huh ? if you do it in reverse , you might hurt your alveoli , if you do not breathe at all , you risk lack of oxygen and subsequently fainting ( or suffocating for that matter ) . #BREATHE
