I see a lot of statuses in favour of stopping bullying. As someone who was bullied fairly relentlessly in primary school, I agree, bullying needs to stop. But the things is, I see lots of punishments handed out to the bullies (and often times the victim as well!) but nothing seem to be done to address why bullies bully! Find out why, then you might be able to stop it. Talking about childhood bullies, you cant teach a kid a thing with just relentless punishments, excepting for how to not get caught again! You wanna train all bullies to be criminals? And before anyone says so, no, Im not trying to diminish the feelings of the victims or to reduce the punishment a bully gets. Im saying it might be time to approach this from a different angle.
