I see everyone posting statuses about decorating for Christmas so I know the SPIRIT is definitely in the air. As you are digging out those decorations and spending time with your loves ones, please also remember those who are less fortunate. I have recently realized through a very sweet lady and donation group that there are many people in our area which are struggling greatly just to meet everyday needs much less be able to have a Christmas this year. So to all of my Family & FaceBook friends, I would like to ask you, as you are decorating your house for Christmas, before you throw anything away, please consider donating any unwanted items you may have lying around your house that you are no longer using. There is an extreme demand on items such as mens womens & childrens clothing and shoes of all sizes, anything baby , childrens used toys, household items, space heaters, blankets, and Christmas decorations. you can donate these items and know that your donations are going right back into your community. For anyone who reads and agrees to do this I will personally agree to pick up your donation and deliver it to a local life line for the donation group I mentioned above. It breaks my heart to know that even hard working people are struggling and I want to do everything I can to try to see too it that ever child in our area wakes up to a toy whether new or used. Will you help put a smile one childs face Christmas morning and/or a smile on that childs parents face because they know that they and their child(ren) have the items they need by donating? there is no donation too big or too small.
