I see many of you are discussing 21 Day Fix and I wanted to share my results with it. I know that I like to see results from real people, not just ones in an infomercial before I try something, and thought maybe some of you would also like to see results from just an average person as well. . I have been overweight for the majority of my life and was NEVER active. I seriously lived a sedentary lifestyle and had every excuse why I could not and would not be active, healthy and fit. .
