I see now, this shyte has to be a Pfizer or Merck lobbying thing because The President requested $25.4 Bil. for the reduction of drug use...but asks for $9.5 Bil. in Tx and only $1.3 Bil. for prevention. That wont even pay for the prosecution of the Military Officers involved and as long as we have low-level soldiers protecting poppy fields in Afghanistan, itll take far more to prevent the heroin from getting here. Heroin Tx is simple...get the damn heroin of the streets. They dont try to get the heroin off the streets because heroin addicts become pharmaceutical addicts. Heroin and Pharm Opiates are interchangeable markets and more heroin addicts means more money for the companies that have more lobbyists than any other industry in the world.
