I seen my orthopedic today. My knee caps are not out of alignment. they are normal. The bone that they sit on do not have that deep curve that the knee caps sit into so thats why my knee caps dislocate I dont have the protection. Surgery is out of the question because I am double jointed. The doctor nearly fainted when he was able to move my fingers anyway he wanted to and I didnt feel a thing lol.
