I seen something that just made me want to turn around while driving and freak out on the parents of this little child. As Im driving down the road, I see this little child riding his little bike, it looked like he was naked. I drove by, seen no parents outside, another child playing in and out of the parents vehicle and the little child that is riding the bike was ONLY WEARING UNDERWEAR!!!! We all know that its cold and very very windy out! Why would parents let their child play outside like that? I make sure my daughter is always dressed very warm, have a hat on (if needed), and everything. Some people should not be parents!
