I seldom complain on here but this is more of a public service - TopicsExpress

I seldom complain on here but this is more of a public service announcement than a complaint. There is a young man who graduated with Peyton who totally ignores Peyt everytime we see him. This boy comes from a good local family, he was in school with Peyt for 12 years and still feels the need to totally act as tho Peyton doesnt exist. We saw him at the fair again last night and Peyton went out of his way to wave at him and say hello. Again, no response and a little snicker when he walked away. Im sure his mother would be mortified to know that he acts like this towards a classmate. Anyway, the moral of my story is, PLEASE teach your children that we are all worthy of friendship and compassion despite our differences. And a big THANKS to all of Peytons classmates who treat him as equal and take the time to talk and interact with him! Thanks Hayley Petenbrink, you always take time to talk to Peyton. He talks about you all of the time! :)
