I sell video games on Amazon. Here was a message I received: Hi StormUnity, Im afraid this game was not in great working condition as you claimed when listing it. In fact, it arrived with a pronounced ring scratch going around the entire disc (caused by shifting an Xbox 360 while the disc is in use), as well as a number of other lighter scratches, many of which run parallel to the circumference of the disc (and are therefore likely to interfere with play). My Xbox 360 immediately rejects it as unreadable, as any Xbox does with a ring-scratched disc, indicating that you yourself did not honestly test this item before shipping. As this issue is entirely your fault, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping (by mailing a prepaid mailer) if you want this item returned. In any case, it is also your responsibility to issue me a full refund, for having shipped me a game you should never have put on the marketplace in the first place. I will follow this email with another containing a photo showing the most egregious of the damage. Hopefully this will be all that is necessary to make you close this matter by issuing a full remuneration. I can promise a four-star review if this matter is resolved swiftly, and progressively lower reviews if I am forced to take further action (like filing a complaint directly with Amazon). lol
