I seriously cannot stand comcast. I downgrade my service, guy tells me no bill this month and 60 something next month. Get my bill and it is 110. He charged me an early termination fee in which HE NEVER said a word about. So I call. First guy I talk with says nothing they can do for me since I had a contract. Well, I never signed one, the guy I called and downgraded with did not inform me of this and I am not paying it. For the first time in my life, I am absolutely not paying a bill. Cancel all service and go away. I dont care that have no other option. I even asked them to pull up the recorded conversation - nope, wont do it. Waiting on a call back from the supervisor that apparently is too busy to answer now. They seriously better make this go away.
