I seriously cannot stand cowards who say they want to ABANDON Trinidad and Tobago because of the crime. I do not have all the answers.. But that whole unpatriotic mentality doesnt sit right with me. Especially if you have not contributed one shit..much less an intelligent thought in your mind (although all the thoughts, with no action is meaningless) towards finding solutions to the issues that affect the nation that you, your friends and your loved ones have called HOME. Why call yourself a Trinidadian then ? Are you not a citizen? This is not your home then? You are just a tourist? Come for Carnival in fair weather, ride out and any national issues that affect your countrymen is their problems Im good..thats lazy and parasitic. If you love Trinidad, take back your country HOWEVER you can, in ANYway you can. Do what you can with what you have. Report crime and the f****rs involved. Discourage the corruption you see in your face that you turn a blind eye to. Protest against apathetic ministers. Give them hell. Advocate for initiatives that you think are excellent solutions. Support those who are struggling to be heard with great ideas (spread those) and give your enthusiasm. Vote. Better. Start your own programs with the youth, the next generation..Maybe Im idealistic but Together we aspire, Together we achieve. Not so? Whats the alternative? Crumble like chili bibi?
