I set a *PR Back Squat of 215kg/473lb on 31st Aug 2013. Its taken me to this day to beat it with 217.5kg/479kg. In that time I have chosen to become a more well rounded athlete & work on things I wasnt naturally good at. But sometimes you have to attack your strengths as much as your weaknesses & damn it feels good when it pays off.
