I set it about 10 feet away from the christmas tree to get an easy time lapse. I feel like Narrative is really missing an opportunity not building in the ability to string together images into a video. To build a video you need to store pics locally on your hard drive, then scroll through them for duds and bad pics, then import them into whatever video software you prefer and tweak how many frames each pic represents. If they allowed other web services to access your photo library with your permission im sure there is some site out there that makes time lapses for you, but this works for me for now. Funny that most posts are about people asking if anyone is still using theirs or if this community is alive or not. I still use mine on days worth remembering(so not work) and have learned to live with low light performance issues. This camera is a tool, know the limitations and use it how you can make it best work for you. Hopefully everyone is well this holiday season.
