I set out to harvest the pears on this nice day so headed to the orchard with boxes in hand. When I arrived at the trees, I decided to only pick a few for us to eat raw. After all, the last two years harvest has been great and we are still eating sauce from last year. These little fellas are enjoying their dinner and have found a safe harbor here in our yard. It was wonderful to see as many honey bees as there were today. I havent seen that in many years.
