I share the verse below not as a sermon nor a lecture. But rather to help explain Angels faith in good prevailing over all. Some examples are when she entered the Scotiabank National Game Changer contest and was determined that she was going to win the contest and $100K for Variety the childrens charity because sick kids need help. Her entry was a very late submission into an online voting contest so I saw a huge mountain in her way of winning. Again and again, I tried to prep her for an eventual loss. All the while she persisted in telling us that she would win this money for her sick kids. She had faith that good would prevail and saw no mountain in her way. And she was so right. ♡ When she entered the Telus #givewherewelive contest I again saw a mountain and didnt think there was even a glimmer of hope that she would be chosen from the thousands of submissions. But she believed that they would choose her to win because the sick kids need help. And win she did.♡ When Angel created Hugginz By Angel, almost 2 years ago, her mission was to wrap every sick kid up in a warm hug and help them to heal. I used to see a mountain in the way of her reaching this goal. But blanket by blanket, and donation by donation, this miracle is happening. Her love filled blankets are now traveling to critically ill kids and kids with special needs around the world. ♡ Angel recently mailed Ellen DeGeneres a letter and a #catlovers Hugginz blanket and asked her to join #TeamHugginz and help her help sick kids. I see this as one of the largest mountains ever. Angel does not. She firmly believes that Ellen has received the invitation and come to the #HugginzStudio to help her sew Hugginz blankets because sick kids need help. Angel says that she will not send Ellen another invitation because she has faith in Ellen. And shes right. If good triumphs over all then it will happen one day. Im trusting Angels faith and I too will not send out another invite on her behalf. Now I too am learning to have greater faith in good triumphing over all.
