Here is what the call was about: LETTER TO ATTORNEY STATING I CANNOT MAKE MY HEARING IN OHIO Time 1802 hrs August 20 2014 Attorney OBrien/Kelly I cannot make it do to my injuries to the hearing set for my TT request. I can barely walk anymore without severe pain. Please see recent medical records from doctors stating I have severe walking limitations. Please represent me on this meeting. If possible I would like to be able to call in and hear them talk at the meeting. Also, L5/S1 was damaged as a result of the accident. Please see the bulge in my disc after accident at that level. The doctors have stated that the injuriy to L5/S1 was caused by the accident but never mentioned L4/L5. THERE WAS NO PREXISTING INJURIES. I REQUEST THIS BE REMOVED FROM MY RECORDS. AT NO TIME DID ANY OF MY TREATING PHYSICIANS EVER STATE THAT I HAD A PREXISTING INJURY TO MY LOWER BACK/SPINE PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. Kind Regards Bryan Tew ohiobwc CIA/DoD operatives have been manipulating my medical treatment and the benefits for that treatment paid out by the Ohio BWC to stop me from succeeding in a lawsuit they were determined to derail after they were called in by the FBI. The lawsuit relates to injuries I received while on the job so it was a work related accident. They are doing this because CIA/DoD operatives are caught in a audio recording committing multiple felonies related to that lawsuit for the injuries I suffered in their attempt to derail that lawsuit so they have been recording my legal calls and visits with my attorneys and recording and manipulating my medical treatment with the doctors so they could corrupt the medical and legal - related to the lawsuit - in real time and thus derail the lawsuit.
