I shared my time in hospital with cancer patients and old men who couldnt remember their wifes name. So Im not going to whinge and dwell on my surgery, as at the end of the day - it was cosmetic, and done just to improve appearance rather than health! However, we can only talk about our own experiences, and as far as the past 4 days have been, probably the shittest Ive experienced in years. Staying in hospital is boring, smelly and loud. Couldnt get any sleep at all. However, even though Im still stupidly swollen, the pain has nearly gone completely. The only thing Im struggling with now is not being able to eat - I am bloody starving. But these next few weeks will just get better and better! Bloody loving life. Also... did West Ham really smash the Pool earlier? LOVING LIFE.
