I shared something very important to me on my Rockingham Chiropractic Center page on Monday that I wanted to share with my facebook friends today. I have never been prouder of the way that we do things at Rockingham Chiropractic Center for this very reason.............. I have had 6 patients bring in a letter from their insurance company stating that they were no longer eligible for their current health insurance plan and that the cheapest plan that they had to choose from was going to be significantly more expensive. Most of my patients were experiencing a $200 to $300 increase for their family coverage. Not only that but their benefits were being reduced, deductible was doubling, and co-pays for visits were increasing. This change in health insurance is terrible for many families, but their cost of care at my office did not go up ONE CENT!!! For the past 8 years, I have specifically designed my chiropractic program at my office to be affordable regardless of insurance coverage. My priority is to make sure that top notch chiropractic care is available to everyone regardless of their co-pay and deductible!!! Last year I did some calculations and I could have actually made quite a bit more money if I had done things the other way, but I have chosen to keep my focus on patient care as opposed to income. This has resulted in a much more meaningful career for me! I am feeling totally blessed today that I am able to offer extraordinary service at an affordable price. Your health should not depend on what your health insurance will or will not cover!!! Have a super day!
