I shared this earlier today, but heres one more go since this is something thats not likely to happen very often. So yeah, we went totally off book at Saturday nights Abbey Road LIVE! evening show at The Melting Point. We were taking a lot of requests, and more than one person was yelling for Stones songs (at a show where we were supposed to play Beatles). Well? After a while, we lapsed into The Rolling Stones Miss You. This is the clip that Ive had the most people ask me about since the show so here tis. Youll notice Dave sliding us into the song as we all fall in. Luckily, Id sung this one once at the first wedding that I ever played so I had a lil cheat sheet available. Note us trying to navigate around the arrangement. At some point, we just totally go into jam mode and whatever happens, happens. And it happened. This is loose, informal, and just us having a bit o fun. Nothing more. Nothing less.
