I shared this on my personal page yesterday but since so many in this group are training, seems appropriate to share here as well! Enjoy!! Homemade Salsa Pour into blender in the following order: 1. 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (no salt added) 2. 1-2 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder 3. 1-2 tsp. comino or ground cumin 4. 1-2 tsp. Mrs. Dash, fiesta lime or any variety 4. 1/4 c. onions, chopped, fresh or frozen or onion powder 5. 1-1 1/2 tbsp. jalapeño peppers, sliced 6. Cilantro, fresh, half of one bunch, leaves & stems 7. Diced tomatoes, 1 lg can or 2 regular cans, drained (no salt added) 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 Blend and enjoy!! And dont be afraid to tweak the recipe to your own liking. Cant mess up salsa!! Confession: I like it wayyyyy better when I can put salt in it and regular tomatoes with sodium in the nutrition facts label but this is my healthier version. Use this as a foundation to build upon for your own taste! 〰 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 〰 If your diet does not require low sodium, use Mexican Lime & Cilantro tomatoes with green chilies, 1-2 tsp. salt instead of Mrs. Dash, and one large can of petite diced tomatoes (drained). ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ #salsa #recipe #lowsodium #eathealthy #mealprep #dymatize #dymatizeathlete #teamdymatize #npctexas #npcbikini #bikinicompetitor #workhard #dreambig #performancedriven @dymatize @lifestyle_nutrition
