Distractions while driving a car can have disastrous consequences. You think that it is a second what TAKES to look around for your ringing phone or to answer with a k to a text but what it can TAKE is a LIFE. Yes, I am mad, I am upset, I am frustrated. I talked with a friend that has been biking and running for years and he told me that he has never so afraid to be hit as he has been in the last years. Put away your phones, do for runners, bikers, their families or do it for yourself, at the end of the day you will have to live with your mistakes.
