I shared this yesterday, but Im sharing it again because I tried #5 tip last night and it worked! The sleepcycle app is amazing. I set it for 7:15am and put it under the sheet near my pillow. It wakes you within -/+ 30min of when you set the alarm to go off at a time when you are beginning to stir a lot so you wake up feeling good, and before you fall back into a deep sleep and get awakened at that time. Mine got me up at 7:16, and I have to say, this has been one of the best mornings Ive had in a very long time. I got my shave and shower in first thing, made a pot of coffee, and read the Sunday AJC. No yawning, no feeling tired or anything. I will be giving some of these other ideas a try soon. As I said yesterday, if you have any friends who are insomniacs, or anyone complaining about not getting good sleep, share this with them. They may just find the help they need.
