"I shed layers of fear, like a snake instinctively knows to let go - TopicsExpress

"I shed layers of fear, like a snake instinctively knows to let go of its old skin, as part of its own growth. Like when a caterpillar changes into a new form in the comfort zone of their cocoon, knowing there is no going back...they flutter away free as a butterfly...I also follow my own nature. I do not fear failing, succeeding, not being loved or accepted. It is nice to have love, understanding, and acknowledgment on the outside. But a fear greater than those that would crush my spirit, would be to not love myself, find myself, discover my true nature, uncover my divine essence, realize my brilliance, and not be true to me. Those are the gems of the inner path I walk daily. My journey within is my goal, my answer, my reward. The rest is just icing on the cake...because the soul stuff is always the yummiest to me." ~Jenny G. Perry I can relate
