I should be selling my house come February or March. I know that is a few months a way but I just want to put it out there. I am not asking much for it as I will be transferring from here to Florida and just need to get it gone. I WILL NOT OWNER FINANCE OR RENT IT!!! I will be selling it FSBO for $110,000.
