I should be surprised that Brownback and Kensinger have taken a page out of Lee Atwaters book and have decided to frighten white people with pictures of scary black people. But Im not. The Carr Brothers are not in any way, shape or form off the hook. The Supreme Court ruled -- correctly -- that they should not have been tried together but separately. And yes, Paul Davis supports that decision because its the correct decision. To do otherwise would be, well, dumb. Dragging this atrocity out for his own political benefit, at the expense of the victims families and other survivors, tells you far more about the kind of man and the kind of human Sam Brownback is than anything about Lawrence liberal Paul Davis or those evil godless liberal activist judges.
