I should categorically state it clear to all the young people that assume that my sudden success or proposed success has to do with the fact that i am well connected with the elite of the country. On the contrary, i have never been awarded a tender or anything of the sort, all my business has come as a result of relentless and tireless marketing on the the social media networks. Just like any other Namibian i am just simply working hard to make my dreams a reality. Many of us young people believe in the notion that you will never make it in Namibia if you are not well connected. I am here to tell you that it is because of those very same beliefs that you are failing yourself to make any meaningful contribution to society. Yes i do not deny the fact that corruption and other forms ill practices have become the order of the day, but life has always been that way starting from our very own homes. However if you allow that connotation and notion to rule your life you will never get any where in life. Decide today what it is that you would like to achieve and set out to go and do it, stop making excuses that you are not well connected enough, blah blah ad just simply do it. You are where you are because of yourself and no one can be blamed for that.
